Otto Wallin questions Oleksandr Usyk's ability following Anthony Joshua win

Oleksandr Usyk retained his IBF, WBA and WBO world heavyweight titles on Saturday night.

Oleksandr Usyk reminded the world he is a generational talent when he beat Anthony Joshua for a second time to retain his IBF, WBA, and WBO world heavyweight titles.

Despite being rocked in the ninth, Usyk showed why he is the leading man in the heavyweight division, confusing Joshua and dominating the final three rounds in Jeddah to secure the win on two of the three judges' scorecards.

But while plenty of praise was heaped on Usyk about his ability inside the ring, Swedish heavyweight Otto Wallin claims his performance against Joshua on Saturday night exposed some vulnerabilities.

"It was a great fight, and both guys stepped it up from last time. I was actually impressed with Joshua’s adjustments for this fight," Wallin told OLBG. "I didn’t think he was going to be able to put up such a good performance against Usyk, but he proved me and I’m sure a lot of other people wrong.

"Usyk really had to dig deep, and he once again showed that he’s a brilliant fighter, but we also saw that no one is untouchable."

Following this win, Usyk will now be looking to land a fight with WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury in an undisputed title fight later this year, with negotiations reportedly underway.
